Sponsorship Opportunities
HRTS is a 100% volunteer-run organization, relying on volunteers to ensure we have enough meals packed for our students each week. We provide the following engagement opportunities for corporate partners:
GROUP PACKING

Participate in a 1-2 hour Corporate Group Packing Event.

Pack nutritious meals for local school children in need.

Support the Backpack Buddies program, which provides essential sustenance for students in our community.

Each team member will pack approximately 20 bags.

Boost team morale and build camaraderie while supporting a great cause.

Choose to host the event at our office or your work site.

SPONSOR A STUDENT OR SCHOOL
In combination with a packing event, many corporate sponsors choose to further their impact by sponsoring students or a school through a monetary donation or in-kind donation of food items that are collected in advance of their packing event.

Sponsoring a child: $9 a week, $40 a month, and $480 for a year

Sponsoring a school: $16,800 for a year

In-kind food donations: If your office would like to collect food items, please contact us for a list of specific items that are needed.

Winter Coat Drive: Host a coat drive at your business, bring your team to help sort or deliver coats, or sponsor a class (25 students) for $750. Learn more.
